沙茶酱蒸排骨
排骨是我很经常做的一道菜,不论是香酥脆口的炸猪排,还是经典之经典的糖醋小排,或者是吮指大动的蜜汁烤排,亦或者香醇滑口的排骨汤,都是令人回味并且百变的料理。
平日里也很喜欢研究怎么变着方式制作不同的排骨。也很喜欢以蒸的方式来做排骨,不仅不会很油腻,而且步骤也简单方便,不用大动干戈又是弄油锅,又是炒,又是调料,很适合没有很多闲暇时间的TX哦~~~

Details of ingredients

  • 小排骨250g
  • 蒜末20g
  • 干贝3粒
  • 沙茶酱3大匙
  • 蚝油1茶匙
  • 生抽1大匙
  • 米酒1大匙
  • 香油1/2大匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 生粉1大匙
  • 15cc

Steps to make 沙茶酱蒸排骨

  • 1.小排骨剁小块,洗去血水后沥干
  • 2.蒜切末,干贝提前浸泡1小时后撕成丝备用
  • 3.将排骨放入大碗中,加入蒜末、沙茶酱、蚝油、米酒、糖、生粉、水
  • 4.搅拌匀直至水分完全被排骨吸收
  • 5.此时再加入干贝丝及香油略微搅拌
  • 6.将调好料的排骨附上保鲜膜上蒸锅大火蒸20~30分钟即可
