  • 1.鸡蛋煮熟后,取出蛋黄部分,让蛋黄通过筛网,呈细末状;
  • 2.备好其他食材,海苔剪成小碎块,待用;黄油和糖粉混合打发,至颜色略微变浅;
  • 3.加入过筛的蛋黄末,搅打均匀;筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉,用手揉成面团;
  • 4.将大面团,搓成均匀的小圆球,放置在铺好油纸的烤盘上;
  • 5.用大拇指按压中间部分,边缘会自然裂开;全部压好,烤箱预热后,放入烤箱即可。
