Steps to make 巧克力玛德琳

  • 1.可可粉、低筋面粉和泡打粉,混合均匀备用。鸡蛋打入碗里,加入全部糖粉。用打蛋器慢慢搅打均匀,切忌不要把鸡蛋打发起泡
  • 2.加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入混合的粉,搅拌均匀成浓稠的泥状
  • 4.把黄油加热熔化,趁热倒入混合物里
  • 5.用打蛋器搅拌均匀,成为细滑的泥状。装入一次性裱花袋,放冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 6.冰箱里取出面糊已经凝固,要在室温下放置到面糊可流动的状态。把面糊装入模具中。上下火,中层,190度,烤13-15分钟
