  • 杏鲍茹50G
  • 意大利面100G
  • 瘦肉50G
  • 大蒜2瓣
  • 香菜1棵
  • 蕃茄酱50G
  • 香叶1片
  • 白砂糖5G
  • 5G
  • 黑胡椒碎3G
  • 橄榄油30ML

Steps to make 意大利蔬菜汤

  • 1.原料洗净备用
  • 2.蔬菜切成小丁,大蒜香菜切沫。
  • 3.水烧开后,加入盐5G,放入意大利面煮熟
  • 4.捞出控干水份,切成1CM的小段
  • 5.锅内放入橄榄油,下肉沫炒熟。
  • 6.放入洋葱和大蒜炒出香味。
  • 7.加入胡萝卜,圆白菜,杏鲍茹,翻炒均匀
  • 8.倒入蕃茄酱,香叶,炒匀
  • 9.加少许鸡汤或清水,加盖煮五分钟。
  • 10.加入意大利面段,加盐,黑胡椒碎,糖调味拌匀,撒上香菜沫,即可。
