鸡肉玉米饺子
第一次尝试用玉米包饺子,做出来感觉还是不错的。因为里面下了洋葱,玉米用量也少了些,洋葱的味道盖过了玉米味,所以下次做打算洋葱就不加了,玉米则加量才突出味道。还是把它发上来分享。

  • 猪肥肉1两

Steps to make 鸡肉玉米饺子

  • 1.准备鸡胸肉、玉米、饺子皮、洋葱、杏鲍菇、肥肉
  • 2.将玉米剥粒,鸡胸肉、洋葱、杏鲍菇、肥肉等切丁
  • 3.加入麻油、胡椒粉、味精、盐拌均。
  • 4.包饺子。
  • 5.对折并用双手虎口压成形。
  • 6.饺子包好。
  • 7.平底锅下薄油,排放入饺子,开小火加盖煎。
  • 8.煎至底金黄,倒入半杯开水。
  • 9.烧至锅内水快干,起锅装盘。
