Steps to make 酱汁鹌鹑蛋

  • 1.鹌鹑蛋用自来水清洗干净。
  • 2.凉水下锅,水开后煮5分钟。
  • 3.用笊篱控水捞出,放入凉水中。
  • 4.剥去外壳,放入有盖子的保鲜盒中。
  • 5.白芝麻放锅中炒熟。
  • 6.把小米椒切段,洋葱、辣椒、姜、蒜、香菜切碎。
  • 7.把切好的小米椒等6样蔬菜放入碗中,准备好生抽、老抽、蚝油、糖、盐、香油。
  • 8.把所有的调料倒入碗中。
  • 9.将拌好的调料倒入保鲜盒中,加入凉白开,撒上芝麻,盖上盖子放冰箱冷藏12小时。
  • 10.咸香微辣,Q弹入味,好吃停不下来!
