Steps to make 年夜饭新年菜(十四)花蛤酿肉

  • 1.新鲜花蛤买回家洗净,放入盆中加清水和1勺盐静养1~2小时,吐尽泥沙。
  • 2.放入锅中加葱姜料酒焯一下开口就捞起。
  • 3.滤干,猪肉馅放入料酒和胡椒粉,淀粉和少许盐搅拌均匀。
  • 4.把猪肉馅嵌入蛤蜊中,依次摆好,准备好调料汁用适量水搅拌均匀待用。
  • 5.上锅隔水蒸,水开后十分钟即可。
  • 6.另取一锅,加适量水,倒入调料汁,中小火慢慢搅拌至粘稠关火。
  • 7.把汁浇入盆中,撒上香葱。
  • 8.即可享用。
