Steps to make 【天津】桃胶水果捞

  • 1.桃胶用水提前泡24小时以上,蓬发后上面的杂质会掉落下来。
  • 2.过滤几次,滤掉杂质清洗干净。
  • 3.放入锅中加入足量清水大火烧开转小火煮30分钟。
  • 4.桂圆和枣片提前泡15分钟。
  • 5.雪梨去皮切小块儿,芒果、猕猴桃切块儿,草莓洗净。
  • 6.桃胶煮半小时汤水已经粘稠,加入桂圆、枣干、黎,继续煮十分钟。
  • 7. 最后加入冰糖再煮5分钟,我用的黄冰糖。
  • 8.冰糖彻底煮化就可以了。
  • 9.盛出糖水快凉时加上水果了。
