    • 1.翅根、韩式辣酱、冰糖、生抽1勺、老抽、蜂蜜、料酒、八角。
    • 2.翅根洗净控干水份。(如果想快速入味,可以在翅根上戳一些小眼儿)。
    • 3.翅根放入容器加料酒、生抽、老抽、蜂蜜、冰糖入味。
    • 4.充分混匀,改保鲜膜入冰箱,腌制4个小时以上,每隔半小时翻动一下,直到所有料汁都包裹在肉上。
    • 5.烤箱预热200度,放中层15分钟;打开锡纸刷上剩余腌料再烤15分钟即可。
