  • 1.取一个大锅,加足够的冷水,加入10克盐、带皮土豆,大约20分钟煮熟。将熟土豆沥干水分,去土豆皮,趁热把土豆压成泥。在土豆泥里加入鸡蛋、面粉、盐和黑胡椒粉后,搅拌均匀,直到土豆全部吸收调味料。
  • 2.把处理好的土豆泥放到木板上,在木板上撒上一些面粉;双手搓揉直至面团光滑;将大面团分成拳头大小的面团,将其擀成约3厘米厚的长条。
  • 3.切成2厘米大小的块状。
  • 4.用手搓揉光滑,并用食品叉轻压出纹理即成意大利面疙瘩。把做好的面疙瘩放在一个撒有面粉的托盘上,每块之间留出空间,以防止面疙瘩粘在一起。
  • 5.取一个大锅加水煮沸,加入10克盐;将意大利面疙瘩放入沸水中。
  • 6.煮至面疙瘩浮起熟透后用冷水迅速冲洗降温,控干水分即可。
  • 7.将洋葱切丝、西葫芦切块、五花肉切片;在锅中放入牛油和橄榄油,放入五花肉煸炒至出油,加入洋葱炒软出香味。
  • 8.加入西葫芦拌炒后,加入韩国泡菜、熟意大利面疙瘩、韩国辣酱拌炒均匀后,再加入淡奶油和鸡汤拌匀略煮1分钟。
  • 9.熄火装盘,最后放上帕玛森干酪即可。
