Steps to make 油焖东山小管

  • 1.清水解冻小管,冲洗干净后备用。
  • 2.辣椒洗净斜切小段,蒜瓣拍碎后去皮备用。
  • 3.取锅倒油烧热,放入蒜瓣、辣椒爆香。
  • 4.放入小管,尽量一一铺平。
  • 5.倒入3勺(适量调整)生抽,将小管翻几下面均匀沾上。
  • 6.盖上锅盖焖1分钟,翻面后再焖2分钟即可起锅装盘。
