Steps to make 奶香大麻花

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将牛奶、鸡蛋、色拉油倒入面包机。
  • 3.将面粉放入面包机里加盐、白糖、酵母粉开启发面程序,揉面后自动发酵。
  • 4.将面团发酵到两倍大。
  • 5.将发酵好的面团取出揉成团然后擀成1厘米厚的面片。
  • 6.将面片切成长条状。
  • 7.取一根长条,用两只手反方向搓细搓长。
  • 8.将搓细长的面条折叠,将麻花搓上劲。
  • 9.然后再对折反方向搓一下,将尾部从对折处穿过来麻花的生坯就做好了。
  • 10.依次将所有的麻花做好,放到温暖处饧发大约20分钟。
  • 11.油锅烧到五成热,下入麻花生坯炸制。
  • 12.改小火,用筷子翻动麻花,炸到金黄色捞出,麻花就炸好了。
