  • 老抽2汤匙
  • 冰糖20克
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 干辣2克
  • 草果2个
  • 香叶5片
  • 桂皮1段
  • 八角2个

Steps to make 香卤鸭翅

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鲜鸭翅去尽残毛,清洗干净,放入沸水锅内汆烫,捞出反复清洗干净备用。
  • 3.将草果、香叶、桂皮、花椒、八角用纱布包裹做成料包。
  • 4.另起锅加水,加入葱段、姜片、干辣椒及卤料包。
  • 5.锅中加入老抽、生抽、盐、冰糖、焯好的鸭翅。
  • 6.大火烧开,转小火,卤制20分钟,关火。浸泡在卤之中,待入味,即可食用。
