  • 1.黄油提前拿出室温软化
  • 2.加入糖粉和细砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.用打蛋器打发黄油,打发体积变大,颜色变浅
  • 4.分2-3次加入蛋液,每次蛋液混合好再加下一次,打发好的黄油程轻盈、蓬松质地
  • 5.低粉和抹茶粉混合
  • 6.混合好的粉类筛入打发好的黄油糊中
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌匀
  • 8.搓成大小适宜的小圆球状
  • 9.每一个小球上面用手按压一颗杏仁,烤箱预热160度上下火中层,烤10分钟即可
  • 10.抹茶杏仁饼干出炉
