    Steps to make 江西米粉

    • 1.用一盆清水浸泡江西米粉至松软状。
    • 2.加热一锅清水,煮沸时放入米粉,略煮三分钟左右,捞出,立刻放入冷水中,再冲洗一片,沥干水分待用。
    • 3.米粉沥干水分待用,切黄瓜和胡萝卜切丝(依个人喜好可更改),大葱、生姜和大蒜等切成碎末。
    • 4.热锅下油爆炒配料,火候到了后,将冷却滑嫩的米粉倒入锅内,关火。
    • 5.加入生抽、自制或购买的辣椒酱,充分搅拌。
    • 6.出锅入盘,香辣可口的米粉就成功告成了。
