“面食”韩式冷面
买了份装包,带调料的那种。只是这么一份对我来说太多了,一个人吃不完,两个人又少了点,好在可以多加点牛肉啥的,两人也够了。
因为我昨天煮了净肉嘛,就没做牛肉,用的猪精肉和肉汤,很香。
下次的,煮牛肉来做。

  • 辣白菜30克
  • 胡萝卜30克
  • 黄瓜30克
  • 番茄2片
  • 香菜小许
  • 冰水50克
  • 肉汤2勺

  • 1.冷面一份。
  • 2.打开了冷面,弄散,冷水反复搓洗。
  • 3.锅烧开水。
  • 4.下面煮2.3分钟。
  • 5.煮面的时候处理好配菜。
  • 6.肉和番茄切片,其他切丝。
  • 7.冷面自带的调料。
  • 8.全部放碗里。
  • 9.取肉汤。
  • 10.放冰水。
  • 11.搅拌均匀。
  • 12.煮好的面。
  • 13.纯净水过一下。
  • 14.捞出放调好的汤汁里。
  • 15.取辣白菜。
  • 16.所有食材放冷面上,不喜欢香菜的到这就是成品。
  • 17.切香菜末。
  • 18.撒上香菜末。
  • 19.成品。
  • 20.成品。
