  • 老抽20ml
  • 冰糖5g

Steps to make 蒜子扣鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅中洗净,绿菜椒切1.5*1.5公分的小块,大蒜剥去皮,姜切片。
  • 2.鸡翅加入生抽、料酒、姜片,用手抓匀,腌制10分钟。
  • 3.不粘炒锅置于火上,倒入油,中小火烧制六成热。
  • 4.将腌好的鸡翅沥干,放入炒锅内,煎至两面金黄。
  • 5.将煎好的鸡翅盛出。
  • 6.用锅内的底油来煎大蒜。
  • 7.直到大蒜略微变黄。
  • 8.倒入鸡翅,翻炒几下。
  • 9.再倒入适量开水(水以没过鸡翅为宜)。
  • 10.加入老抽。
  • 11.加入料酒。
  • 12.加入冰糖。
  • 13.加入盐。用铲子拌匀之后盖上锅盖焖烧。
  • 14.待汤汁变浓稠后放入青椒块,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
