Steps to make 奶香芝麻排包

  • 1.除芝麻外的所有材料按所需用量称量好倒面包桶内开启和面程序和成面团饧1小时左右
  • 2.只需发酵个把小时可以了
  • 3.将面团取出排气滚圆
  • 4.取一个按扁擀成条状
  • 5.卷起来
  • 6.在擀开
  • 7.再卷起来(如此反复操作几遍)
  • 8.最后搓成细细的长条状
  • 9.全部做完放入烤盘进行二发
  • 10.经过一晚上的发酵生胚明显比原来大了许多
  • 11.表面刷蛋液再撒白芝麻
  • 12.送入提前预热的烤箱180度烤上下火烤35分钟
  • 13.期间注意观察颜色,着色严重的话就在生胚上面加盖锡纸
  • 14.烤好的样子取出晾凉
