Steps to make Fried Scallop with Corn Noodles

  • 1. Clean the hairtail and add salt.
  • 2. Add cooking wine.
  • 3. Add chicken sauce.
  • 4. Release soy sauce and scallions and ginger, mix well and marinate for 1 hour, remember to stir occasionally in between.
  • 5. Marinated hairtail.
  • 6. Remove two types of flour.
  • 7. Mix evenly.
  • 8. Put the marinated hairtail in and coat it with flour.
  • 9. Hot pot and cold oil.
  • 10. Heat the hairtail with oil.
  • 11. Flip over repeatedly and fry the fish until golden brown.
