Steps to make 香熏鱼

  • 1.把草鱼切成大块儿。反复清洗以后备用。
  • 2.白胡椒粉加烟肉粉加少许的料酒腌制一个小时以上。
  • 3.切好所有的料头。
  • 4.锅里放。多一点的油。我们来制作底油,把所有的料头给放进去。咱干咱乡以后把这些调料放到碗里备用。
  • 5.锅底留意炸好的底油放入鱼块。
  • 6.开中火炸不要开大火哟,容易炸坏。
  • 7.炸表皮酥脆捞出备用。
  • 8.让他自然冷却。
  • 9.锅底留油,放一些清水。以及刚才炸底油的调料给倒进去。
  • 10.大火煮开放入鱼块。
  • 11.把汤汁煮的浓稠。关火备用。
  • 12.冷却装盘,撒上白芝麻就可以吃了,特别的美味。
