Steps to make 冬瓜丸子粉丝汤

  • 1.备好所需要食材。冬瓜去皮切小片。粉丝用冷水泡软。
  • 2.砂锅中加入清水烧开,加适量姜丝与葱,肉丸子加入稍煮三四分钟。冷冻的丸子解冻后需要多煮一会才会完全加热。
  • 3.然后,加入冬瓜,烧开后稍煮约5分钟。时间按冬瓜的厚度来定。
  • 4.最后加入虾皮与粉丝,烧开之后加少许盐调味即可。
  • 5.加入一些枸杞,可以上桌了。由于肉丸子是油炸的食物,不需要加油了。这样不会油腻,鲜美可口。
