Steps to make 水晶蒸饺

  • 1.澄面200克加入盐三克
  • 2.加入熟猪油10克,倒入开水拌匀揉成光洁的面团醒发十五分钟左右
  • 3.胡萝卜,香菇洗净切末备用
  • 4.肉末加入三分之一茶匙盐和鸡粉,一茶匙料酒,少许胡椒粉,少许清水朝一个方向拌匀
  • 5.加入胡萝卜和香菇末,半茶匙香油拌匀
  • 6.加入葱花拌匀备用
  • 7.面团搓成长条揪成挤子
  • 8.用擀面杖擀成中间稍厚边上薄的面皮
  • 9.挑上肉馅
  • 10.准备蒸格刷上一层油依次包成月牙状放在蒸格上
  • 11.上锅大火烧开蒸十分钟虚蒸三分钟即可
  • 12.成品
