芝士拉丝的诱惑-----全麦熔岩面包

  • 高粉240克
  • 全麦粉60克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油20克
  • 马苏芝士200克
  • 培根4片

Steps to make 芝士拉丝的诱惑-----全麦熔岩面包

  • 1.除黄油外,将原料揉成光滑的面团,
  • 2.再加入黄油将原料揉至出膜的扩展阶段。
  • 3.揉好的面团开始第一次发酵。
  • 4.面团发酵过程中,将培根煎一下,切成小块,和马苏芝士拌在一起。
  • 5.面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.排气,分割成8份,67-68克/份左右,松弛15分钟。
  • 7.取1份面团,按扁,取1份馅料(马苏25克,煎过的培根半片)。
  • 8.包好。
  • 9.收口向下放在烤盘里。
  • 10.二次发酵至两倍大,撒面粉,用剪刀剪十字。
  • 11.开口拉大一些。
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱烘焙。
