淋面酸奶蛋糕
一直想做一款淋面蛋糕,但恰逢九月底等着小长假,小长假来临又出去玩,所以好久没有碰烤箱了。小长假也过完,生活也回归正轨,那就趁着闲下来的功夫开始拔草吧~

Details of ingredients

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 低筋面粉40g
  • 酸奶100g
  • 白醋2ml
  • 白糖40g
  • 香草精1g
  • 玉米油20ml
  • 淡奶油20ml
  • 巧克力6颗
  • 可可粉5g

Steps to make 淋面酸奶蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄放入大碗中,加入酸奶、玉米油和香草精。(酸奶我用的是市面上原味杯装酸奶。)
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.轻轻地搅拌均匀。(如果面糊太稠,可以适量添加清水或牛奶。)
  • 5.蛋清放入无水无油的盆中,加入白醋。
  • 6.白糖分三次放入,将蛋白打发至湿性发泡。
  • 7.取三分之一的蛋白放入蛋黄糊中。
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白中。
  • 10.翻拌均匀。
  • 11.倒入8寸的活底蛋糕模具中,抹平表面,磕震掉大气泡。
  • 12. 预热烤箱,上下火190度22分钟左右。(烤的时候要注意观察,当表面上色满意后,就适当的降低一点儿温度,防止表层开裂。)烤好后倒扣放凉。
  • 13.将淡奶油倒入碗中,放入巧克力。(我用的是黑巧克力。)
  • 14.隔热水搅拌至融化。
  • 15.因为颜色不够,我又加了点儿可可粉。
  • 16.稍微放凉后淋在蛋糕表面,撒少许的坚果碎装饰。
  • 17. 然后天马行空,开始摆放自己喜欢的装饰品。
  • 18.我放了威化、奥利奥、黄桃丁、猕猴桃丁、糖珠、装饰饼干等。
  • 19.美滋滋~
