  • 1.锅内放清水500ML,葱半根 姜三片 料理酒15ML ,鸡胸肉放入中火煮15分钟。煮好后捞出,过一遍冷水.
  • 2.将鸡肉撕成丝状
  • 3.嫩黄瓜切丝备用.
  • 4.黄瓜丝铺在盘子上. 摆上鸡丝
  • 5.芝麻沙拉汁30G 麻辣油10ML 油炸脆花生适当混合均匀。
  • 6.将混合好的酱汁淋在鸡丝上,完成!
