这个大煎饼是今天做给老公的早餐,昨天做了一次,老公说味道很好今天还想吃。
老公难得饮点一款爱吃的,一定要更加用心地做给他吃。这款杂粮煎饼的配料可以随意,只要你喜欢随便用。我做所有的食物只要用的锅子,就只有一个炒锅一个汤锅,大家都知道做饼最好用平底锅哈,实在没有平底锅的就看我的示范吧,炒锅版煎饼,做的时候有许多不便,尽量克服吧。

Steps to make 杂粮煎饼

  • 1.绿豆面、莜面、白面混合,用适量水调成稀面糊。鸡蛋打散备用
  • 2.炒锅烧热,放入少许油,转动锅子使油尽量均匀的大面积铺满锅底,倒入适量的面糊,迅速转动锅子,使面糊均匀铺在锅底
  • 3.倒入打散的鸡蛋,因为用的是炒锅,所以蛋液不能倒太多,全挤中间了
  • 4.撒上少许黑芝麻,最好再撒一些香菜和葱花,这里我忘记了
  • 5.待鸡蛋液慢慢变干,面饼四周慢慢翘起就可以翻面了
  • 6.翻面后的煎饼,明显的看到炒锅的不足,饼子正面是鼓起的不平,所以翻面以后周边也会显得不平整
  • 7.用刷子均匀地涂上阿香婆辣酱、放上火腿片和黄瓜片
  • 8.从一端慢慢卷起就可以了
