剁辣椒
辣椒每百克维生素C含量高达198毫克,居蔬菜之首位。维生素B、胡萝卜素以及钙、铁等矿物质含量亦较丰富。辣椒不但蔬菜中的调味品,还具有杀菌、防腐、调味、营养、驱寒等功能。适量的食用辣椒能增进食欲,胃口大开。今天就做一道剁辣椒,存放起来,慢慢吃。

Steps to make 剁辣椒

  • 1.辣椒洗干净,用厨房剪刀剪去蒂,放阴凉处风干水分,用刀剁碎;PS:建议不要太阳晒。
  • 2. 蒜头去皮,洗干净,风干,剁碎颗粒状;PS:也可以用料理机斩碎。
  • 3.盐放入不粘平底锅中炒去水分,有微微的黄即可;PS:这不很重要,决定存放时间和味道的好坏。
  • 4. 剁碎的辣椒、蒜、炒过的盐,一起加入拌均,放置五分钟;
  • 5.准备好的玻璃密封罐,洗干净,用厨房食用干布抹干净水分
  • 6.把拌均的剁辣椒装入密封罐,存放阴凉处。至少要放一周之后,即可食用。吃的时候,用干净的勺子把当餐要吃量勺出,把食用油烧香,淋在剁辣椒上面,开胃下饭菜开动了。PS:最佳吃的时间,2-3个月,可以存放12个月。
