  • 1.西红柿去皮切片,金针菇切两段,鸡蛋打散,葱分开切。
  • 2.起锅烧油,爆香葱白,放西红柿片。
  • 3.西红柿炒出汁放入一勺生抽。
  • 4.放水,水量按照人数来,我只有一个人的量,放入一小块浓汤宝,放一小勺盐。
  • 5.汤煮开放入金针菇。
  • 6.再次煮开淋入鸡蛋液,煮出蛋花。
  • 7.最后撒葱叶,成品。
