今天用剩米饭加工的蛋包饭……
看上去,多像穿上了礼服的灰姑娘,瞬间就变成一个美丽的公主……

    Steps to make 蛋包饭

    • 1.剩米饭,香菇,胡萝卜,黄瓜,鸡蛋。(还可以添加各种海鲜,火腿之类,随意)
    • 2.鸡蛋在碗中,加一点点盐打散(加盐能使蛋白懈掉,这样做出的蛋饼会比较平滑,而且不容易断)
    • 3.炒锅先倒入一点点油,加热后用刷子刷一遍,将多余的油倒出来。
    • 4.将锅离火,先将蛋液倒入锅中,然后端着锅子在离火10CM以上慢慢晃动,使蛋液形成一个圆,锅子离火一定的距离会延长蛋液凝固的时间,让你有时间将蛋液晃成一个圆。
    • 5.待蛋液晃成一个较均匀的圆后,再移动锅子在火上加热,移动锅子是为了使蛋饼加热均匀,不要着急翻,待蛋饼周边慢慢翘起时,将蛋饼提起轻轻翻过来,关火就可以了。
    • 6.做好的蛋饼取出放在平盘里备用。
    • 7.炒锅另加少许油,加入胡萝卜,香菇丁炒香炒软。
    • 8.后倒入米饭,加盐,翻炒,
    • 9.米饭炒好后,倒入黄瓜丁翻匀,关火。
    • 10.炒好的米饭盛出在蛋饼上,包起,
    • 11.淋番茄酱和沙拉酱即可。
    • 12.鲜香味美的蛋包饭就做好了。
