Steps to make 蚝油虾球三鲜蒸

  • 1.准备材料:鲜虾6个 冬瓜100克 香菇3朵 火腿50克 少许盐芡汁:蚝油一勺 淀粉一勺 清水三大勺。
  • 2.冬瓜去皮切片;火腿切片;泡发好的香菇去蒂,中间剖开;形状参照小盘里的样子。
  • 3.冬瓜、香菇、火腿如图摆好;鲜虾去头去壳挑去虾线备用。
  • 4.摆好的盘子入锅蒸15分钟。
  • 5.等待的功夫勾兑好芡汁。
  • 6.15分钟后,打开锅盖,摆上虾球,淋入芡汁,加盖蒸5分钟。
  • 7.时间到,端出即可上桌。
