Steps to make 猴头菇扒油菜心

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.猴头菇用温水泡发,反复漂洗几次,再浸泡1天。【中途挤干换水】
  • 3.泡发好后挤去水分。
  • 4.加入史云生上汤,没过猴头菇。
  • 5.上蒸锅蒸制 1小时。
  • 6.把猴头菇捞出挤干,撕成小朵。用水淀粉上浆。
  • 7.把葱姜切碎。
  • 8.油菜摘洗干净。
  • 9.锅中注水,加入几滴油和少量的盐烧开。
  • 10.下入油菜焯水。
  • 11.焯水丢掉油菜沥干水分,码放在盘中。
  • 12.再把上浆的猴头菇微沸的水中滑至浆凝固。捞出。
  • 13.另起锅,注入油爆香葱姜碎。入猴头菇及蒸猴头菇的汤。
  • 14.小火烧至猴头菇入味,加入鸡精调味。
  • 15.将烧好的猴头菇倒入带有油菜的盘中即可。
