烤猪皮是每次去烧烧摊我必点的烧烤之一,喜欢猪皮口感柔软而且Q性十足的感觉。猪肉皮中富含胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白可以促进细胞储水、缓解皮肤老化,抚平细纹,而且猪皮对人的皮肤、筋腱、骨骼、毛发都有重要的生理保健作用,但是许多家庭都把肉皮当作废品丢弃,这道烤肉皮,便可把肉皮从废品变成人人喜爱的美味。

Steps to make 从废品变成美食——烤猪皮

  • 1.猪皮用眉钳拔除表面的猪毛后用刀刮洗干净,然后放入煮锅里煮熟。
  • 2.煮熟的猪皮用冷水冲洗一下,然后放案板上刮净油脂。
  • 3.处理好的猪皮切成3厘米宽的条,然后斜刀片成薄片。
  • 4.把片好的猪皮用竹签串起来。
  • 5.把串好的猪皮放入预热好的烤箱里烤3分钟。
  • 6.把酱油和麻烧烤调料粉分别放入小碟里备用。
  • 7.猪皮烤3分钟后取出来,均匀刷上酱油,然再刷上麻烧烤调料粉。
  • 8.把刷好调料的猪皮再次放入烤箱里烧5分钟,然后摆入盘中即可食用。
