海带排骨汤
广东最近天气老是一会冷一会热的,前几天还是阳光明媚,这两天又是阴雨绵绵了,本来上周同谢大爷商量好的,周末去摘草莓也因为天公不做美外加他老人家出去应酬而搁置了。早饭没吃,睡到快中午才起床,午饭就不能亏待自己了。

Steps to make 海带排骨汤

  • 1.准备所有材料。
  • 2.1、海带用热水泡好,大豆我是昨天晚上泡好的。
  • 3.2、排骨用清水泡一会。
  • 4.3、泡排骨的时间把萝卜切好,葱姜蒜拍好。海带泡好后清洗好备用。
  • 5.4、用温水清洗排骨。
  • 6.4、用温水清洗排骨。5、排骨清洗好后沥干水份放入锅中炒,加入姜、蒜、花椒。
  • 7.6、炒到肉发白且有香味后加入水,煮开后撇去白沫,加入少许醋、胡椒粉。
  • 8.7、倒入电压锅内,加入大豆,海带,萝卜,葱,发现几枚大枣也加进去了。
  • 9.8、盖好盖子,按排骨键,然后安心的等半小时吧。
  • 10.9、打开锅盖后,放入少许盐调味,我不喜欢味精,所以没放。撒入葱花,香喷喷的排骨汤就好了。
  • 11.我的午饭好了。嘿嘿,在压排骨的半个小时里面我又把昨天没吃的豆腐拿出来做了一个豆腐蒸蛋羹。午饭吃得饱饱的。真不错。
