Steps to make 鸡肉炖粉条

  • 1.锅中水烧热,下入鸡块炒掉血水
  • 2.捞出用清水清洗干净控去水分
  • 3.葱、姜切好备用,八角、香叶、花椒粒备用
  • 4.粉条用水泡上备用,觉得粉条不多,后来又加了些宽粉条
  • 5.锅中油烧热,放入白糖小火炒糖色,炒至白糖变色起泡泡
  • 6.迅速下入鸡块大火爆炒
  • 7.同时放入生抽、料酒、五香粉、葱、姜、八角、香叶
  • 8.炒好后,移入高压锅内,添水加盐,焖上,高压锅喷气时开始计时,焖20分钟
  • 9.20分钟后打开盖子加入粉条,再焖3分钟
  • 10.盛出
