日式军舰寿司鱼籽寿司的制作方法
寿司是日本传统的食品,既可以当小吃也能作为正餐。制作寿司是一门入门容易,而精通却很难的料理。
据说在日本,寿司这一行的规矩是师傅带徒弟的学艺方式,入行后需要“煮饭三年,握寿司八年”,从打杂开始学起,多年技艺磨练后才能出师为客人捏寿司。
我做的寿司教程属于入门级的,虽然不能和高档的正宗寿司对比,但足以和大街上一般的寿司店媲美。偶尔做一些异国风味的料理,能增添一些生活情趣,还能帮助家人开胃促进食欲。

Steps to make 日式军舰寿司鱼籽寿司的制作方法

  • 1.寿司米的蒸煮1.米饭比例 寿司米:水(1:1)(如果没有寿司米可以用东北大米或者普通米饭代替)参考份量:米饭:600g 水:600g成品:4条手卷寿司,20个手卷寿司正好是一家五口的份量,份量很足。
  • 2.米饭煮熟后,趁热加入寿司醋拌均备用(如果没有寿司醋,可以用白醋:白糖:盐以6:3:1比例调成)
  • 3.参考份量:米饭:600g,白醋40g,白糖40g,盐:13gPS:寿司饭在搅拌时须力求均匀,否则置久后没拌到醋的饭会变硬。
  • 4.制作军舰寿司。用模具将米饭压实。(没有模具也可以用手捏成型)
  • 5. 紫菜片剪成3厘米的宽度,环绕小饭团,向上一端留出1厘米的空间。
  • 6.将鱼籽海草等食材填入饭团上方空出来的位置。
  • 7.大功告成O(∩_∩)O~
