肉丝年糕
昨天做的晚餐,家里面的那头“饿狼”,我一回家就他就说好饿,我只有暂时抛开了所有的事情,给他做饭。想起家里面还有一包年糕,和一些猪肉,就拿出来做了肉丝年糕。因为很着急给“饿狼”添年糕,所以慌忙中照片没有拍好。但是味道却是非常的美味,我感觉是可以媲美昂贵的韩国年糕了。

    Steps to make 肉丝年糕

    • 1.准备好年糕,猪肉。
    • 2.把猪肉切成丝。
    • 3.锅内放水,烧开后,放入年糕,稍微煮软。
    • 4.将煮软的年糕捞出备用。
    • 5.另起锅,放入油,烧热后放入肉丝煸炒。
    • 6.放入一瓢豆瓣酱煸炒。
    • 7.放入适量的水。
    • 8.烧开后放入年糕。即可出锅。
