奇亚籽糯米圆布丁

  • 白砂糖100g
  • 椰奶冻1罐
  • 糯米粉200g
  • 绢豆腐1块

Steps to make 奇亚籽糯米圆布丁

  • 1.选一个干净的容器,将奇亚籽与纯净水按1:3比例浸泡其中做成奇亚籽凝胶,待用。
  • 2.锅中加入椰奶冻与白砂糖加热。待白糖溶化后关火。加入牛奶或豆奶
  • 3.趁还有余热的时候盛入干净的容器中,放凉后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 4.制作糯米圆。将糯米粉,绢豆腐放入干净的容器中像和面一样和匀后,搓成圆形。
  • 5.锅中放入适量水,开火加热,待水沸腾后将搓好的糯米圆加入锅中,煮到糯米圆漂浮后关火,把糯米圆移入干净的容器中。
  • 6.最后将冷藏过的椰奶牛奶、以及奇亚籽凝胶也加入其中。可以放一些小水果进行装饰。
