自制烤鲈鱼

Steps to make 自制烤鲈鱼

  • 1.鲈鱼处理好清洗干净备用。
  • 2.把鱼身两边斜刀切几下从鱼肚再对半切开,背部不要切断放入盆中。
  • 3.葱姜切丝蒜切片放入盆里,放入料酒。
  • 4.加入柠檬蒸鱼酱油。
  • 5.加入蚝油。
  • 6.加入盐。
  • 7.两面揉均匀盖上保鲜膜,腌制20分钟入味。
  • 8.把腌制好的鱼去掉葱姜丝蒜片放入空气炸锅里。
  • 9.用200度烤10分钟至表面金黄,装盘撒上香葱碎点缀即可。
