草莓慕斯蛋糕

  • 淡奶油150ml
  • 牛奶100ml
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 细砂糖40克

Steps to make 草莓慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.6寸戚风蛋糕,横切分成3片备用。
  • 2.准备牛奶和吉利丁片
  • 3.吉利丁片剪开泡入牛奶中泡软。
  • 4.加细砂糖隔水加热至糖融化,吉利丁片融入牛奶中后拿出小碗冷却备用
  • 5.草莓洗净去除叶子,对半切开。
  • 6.取一片蛋糕片,稍微剪去边缘。将切开的草莓整齐的排放在6寸心形活底模具内。
  • 7.淡奶油倒入干净的打蛋盆里。
  • 8.加入适量细砂糖,隔冰水,用电动打蛋器打发
  • 9.打至奶油出现纹路,到仍然可以流动状态即可。
  • 10.冷却至不烫手的牛奶缓慢的倒入奶油盆中,边倒边搅拌均匀
  • 11.慕斯液就做好了。
  • 12.将慕斯液倒入模具内,盖住蛋糕片即可。
  • 13.再加第二片蛋糕片倒入慕斯液盖住蛋糕片
  • 14.最后放入第三片蛋糕片,倒入慕斯液直至模具装满即可。
  • 15.装好的慕斯液放进冰箱冷藏6小时左右,隔夜最好。
  • 16.冻好的慕斯取出。模具放在一个比模具高的杯子上,用电吹风吹一圈后边缘模具即可自然脱落
  • 17.左手捧着慕斯蛋糕,右手用干净的菜刀再模具底层往左边推移。
  • 18.取出模具底盘后小心的将菜刀取出
  • 19.选择差不多大小的草莓洗净后用厨房纸吸干水份
  • 20.摆放在慕斯蛋糕上作为装饰
  • 21.再撒上少许糖粉
  • 22.成品
