自制枣泥无任何添加剂,防腐剂、增稠剂,可用于制作枣泥糕点,花样面包等,口感香甜、吃着放心。

Steps to make 自制枣泥

  • 1.红枣洗净后浸泡1小时,用高压锅压15分钟取出,晾凉后逐个取出枣核。
  • 2.取出枣核后用细筛过滤出枣皮,将枣泥倒入不粘锅中熬去水伤。
  • 3.根据自己的口味,放入适量白糖,也可不放(未称重量)。
  • 4.开小火并用勺子不停的搅拌。
  • 5.不断的加温,加入适量食用油不停的搅动防焦,枣泥颜色也逐渐加深。
  • 6.搅拌至此状就可以了,晾凉后还会粘稠。
  • 7.取出熬制好的枣泥,香甜诱人。
  • 8.彻底凉透的枣泥适宜做枣泥糕点,枣泥面包等,口感香甜、诱人食欲。
