Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.将五花肉洗干净去了皮
  • 2.将调料一起放入碗里搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将调料放入五花肉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.用保鲜膜包住放在冰箱冷藏过夜。
  • 5.用锡纸包住烤盘。
  • 6.拿出腌好的五花肉放入烤盘中摆好。
  • 7.然后放入烤箱低层烘烤,上管160度、下管180度,时间50分钟。中途要翻两次。
