    Steps to make 水煎包

    • 5.醒发好的面团。
    • 6.醒发好的面团放在案板上揉几下,分成小剂子。
    • 7.剂子擀成中间厚,周圈稍薄的面皮,取一份放上调好的肉馅。
    • 8.包成包子,所有依次做好。
    • 9.平底锅烧热,放少许油,放入包子。
    • 10.小火煎至底部稍稍变黄。
    • 11.底部稍稍变黄,倒入一碗淀粉调制的稀糊,将包子底部淹住即可,并快速盖上盖子,闷五六分钟。
    • 12.大概五六分钟后,锅里滋滋作响,说明水快干了,打开盖子,撒上葱末和黑芝麻。在小火焖一分钟即可。
    • 13.金黄酥脆的底,鲜香的馅,好馋人哦。
