香辣虾

Steps to make 香辣虾

  • 1.把虾子剥掉头抽出虾线,洗干净
  • 2.用剪刀从背部剪一道口子,比较好入味,然后放入料酒一勺,加一点盐腌制一会
  • 3.姜蒜切好
  • 4.干辣椒我放的有点多,因为这回买的不太辣,全部用剪刀剪成小段
  • 5.虾子倒掉腌出来的水,然后锅里倒油,放虾子炸熟,捞出来
  • 6.锅里令倒油,放入姜蒜辣椒先炒出香味
  • 7.再倒入虾子翻炒,放入盐,鸡精,一点生抽,和一点白糖,如果此时锅感觉比较干,可以撒点水在锅边
  • 8.装盘啦,美味的虾子
