    • 1.将肉切成片,用料酒、淀粉抓匀。
    • 2.平菇洗后撕成大块。

    • 5.加入适量水,盐、高汤精、胡椒粉入平菇同炖。
    • 6.中火大约十分钟时间,至平菇软嫩。
    • 7.关火后加入香菜段、几滴香油出锅即可。
