核桃面包
昨天专门去超市买了一大袋核桃回来做面包,最近很喜欢自己动手做早餐,头天晚上就把酸奶做好。再面包做好。等待第二天早上起来不管是上班还是在家。都有早餐吃哦。酸奶搭配活力一整天哦。

  • 橄榄油5g
  • 酵母3g
  • 清水120g
  • 白糖15g
  • 2g
  • 核桃仁60g

Steps to make 核桃面包

  • 1.核桃仁先用烤箱140度上下火烤5分钟。然后压碎随便切几下。
  • 2.面包机内放入高筋面粉,酵母。白糖。盐。清水。
  • 3.加入核桃碎。
  • 4.启动和面程序。15分钟后加入橄榄油。
  • 5.揉成光滑的面团。放室温发酵。
  • 6.至两倍大。
  • 7.把面团分成6份擀平排气,擀成长片形,然后从上往下卷起来。
  • 8.6个依次全部做好、用保鲜膜盖住室温醒发50分钟。
  • 9.发酵至两倍大。
  • 10.用刀在上面斜切三刀。
  • 11.烤箱预热140度。山下火烤20分钟。
  • 12.成品。
