Steps to make 鲮鱼肉饼

  • 1.将葱洗干净切沫。
  • 2.香菜洗干净切沫
  • 3.将鲮鱼肉滑和猪肉滑倒入大碗中
  • 4.加入葱、香菜、鸡蛋、盐、生抽、黑胡椒粉及生粉,拌匀。(我是用手抓的)
  • 5.搅成肉酱.
  • 6.不沾锅里放少许油,烧至五成热时放入肉团,锅铲沾点油将肉团压平。煎至两面金黄即可。
