炝拌藕丝
今天做了道简单快手,清脆爽口的凉拌藕丝。虽然现在正值寒冬腊月,偶尔吃点凉菜也是有好处的。温性食物往往热量高,吃后不仅容易导致营养堆积,还会导致肺火旺盛,使体内出现“燥气”,甚至会引发上呼吸道或胃肠疾患。如果配上一些夏季常见的凉菜,迫使体内消化凉菜时自我取暖,消耗温补食物的热量和脂肪,达到温凉平衡,这样营养更容易被吸收

Steps to make 炝拌藕丝

  • 1.莲藕切丝,焯水。
  • 2.锅里放少许花生油,烧热后放花椒,将花椒炸至焦黑。去掉花椒,留油在锅里。
  • 3.放入大葱和干辣椒炝锅。
  • 4.出香味后,将炝锅的大葱,干辣椒和油直接倒入藕丝中。放盐和糖。
  • 5.放香醋和生抽。
  • 6.放剁辣椒和辣椒油。
  • 7.最后放香菜段,翻版均匀,即可食用。
