Steps to make 蒜蓉豆豉蒸排骨

  • 1.土豆削皮、切厚片;姜、葱、蒜、小米椒洗净、切末(粒),备用。
  • 2.排骨洗净、斩成小段,浸泡10-20分钟去除血水,挤干水分,放入豆豉(或整粒或切碎均可)、姜、盐、胡椒粉、生抽、蚝油、料酒、糖、淀粉,拌匀,加入食用油,拌匀,腌制半小时以上。
  • 3.盘底摆入土豆片。
  • 4.摆入排骨,均匀地铺上蒜蓉,放几粒小米椒(不喜可略)。
  • 5.蒸锅水烧开,放入排骨,中火蒸约20分钟至熟透。
  • 6.撒上葱花点缀。
