孜然羊排
羊肉总是有腥膻味,记得以前去旅游时吃到的牛肉串有好多的孜然粉在上面,可香了,所以就特地从网上买了孜然籽,炒香了,打碎,但不要打成粉哦,同时买了红黑白胡椒籽,用咖啡打磨器,打成粉,感觉会比单一的白胡椒粉和单一的黑胡椒粉都香,把混合的胡椒粉和孜然粉合起来用在羊排上,特别香。

  • 白胡椒籽1/2茶匙
  • 红胡椒籽1/2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒籽1/2茶匙
  • 辣椒屑1/2汤匙
  • 红椒粉1/2茶匙
  • 孜然粉2茶匙
  • 精盐1/2茶匙

Steps to make 孜然羊排

  • 1.把三种胡椒粒和辣椒屑放入打磨机。
  • 2.打成粉,盛入小碗里。
  • 3.加红椒粉、孜然粉和精盐入小碗,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.羊排洗后吸干水,用碗里的粉在羊排上涂抹,还要稍作按摩以入味,再用叉子插入肉内,再放混合粉按摩一次,静置30分钟或以上,最好用装入袋子或盒子,放冰箱一夜会更入味。
  • 5.空气锅容器喷或擦一层菜油,放肉入内,设置370°F,先烤12分钟,如果肉厚要先烤15分钟。
  • 6.把羊排翻过来,查查熟的程度,如果整块来看差不多熟了,再用相同的温度烤5~8分钟,如果肉还没熟透要再烤,总之要把肉烤熟为止,特别提一下,猪肉一定要熟吃生猪肉会出大问题的哦。
