面包(简单版)
一家人喜欢吃面食,可外面的~~~唉,真心不敢买,因为现在多少得病的都因吃外面的食物久了就~~~!添加剂横扫天下!!!你懂的。

  • 牛奶250克
  • 黄油50克
  • 即发干酵母5克

Steps to make 面包(简单版)

  • 1.牛奶,鸡蛋,细砂糖,盐。
  • 2.放入高筋面粉,最上面放酵母。
  • 3.揉至扩展阶段,很光滑不粘手,且能拉出厚的手膜了就放黄油。
  • 4.揉至薄手膜,破洞程光滑的圆形就好了。
  • 5.发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.拿出来按扁,手沾干粉或油按压排气,静置10分钟,盖保鲜膜。
  • 7.整好形放烤箱二次发酵,我下面放了热水保湿。
  • 8.发酵至1.5倍大就行了,以免发过。涂上全蛋液,撒点干果或芝麻。
  • 9.烤之前预热170度10分钟,然后入烤箱170度20分钟,出炉了!!!
  • 10.趁热刷上融化的黄油,漂亮吧。
